In 1960, the agricultural adventure for the Romero family began, Campo EL CHALATE, it´s the field in which our company founder,Eng. Humberto Romero , began his project as a farmer. Located on the coast of Sonora, it started with the crops that prevailed at that time in the region: Wheat, Cotton, Chickpea, etc. 

Since our vocation is to be pioneers, in 1968 we planted the first vineyard to produce table grapes and for the first time in 1973 we planted Kabocha, placing ourselves among the first to have these crops.

Currently, we have specialized and dedicated to the cultivation of various products such as: table grapes, watermelons, melons and hard pumpkins. Likewise, we continue to bet on new varieties of table grapes in order to attend the global market demands.
