Certification

GFS (Global Food Safety)

Within the company we have the GFS certification, required in several countries for the entry and sale of food products. PrimusGFS is a private system that establishes requirements for the certification of agricultural products on a voluntary basis worldwide. 

This system focuses on the food security of those agricultural products intended for human consumption, either fresh or if they have been minimally processed (without transformation). PrimusGFS establishes 3 fundamental areas as requirements for production management, handling, processing and storage operations, among other conditions that must be considered to guarantee the safety of consumers. These areas are: Food safety management system Good agricultural practices and good manufacturing practices (BPA and BPM) HACCP
